Hockney regarded photography as a visual medium that could be used as freely as a paintbrush. His first Polaroid exhibition, titled “Painting with a Camera”, expressed to audiences his creative approach to photography.

On August 9th and 10th, the Media Lab gets a fresh theme! “Floating Images” will guide participants through the Polaroid emulsion lift and collage process.
