How to buy tickets

On-site Purchase: Visitors can purchase tickets at the service desk on the first floor of West Bund Museum.
Online purchase: Visitors can purchase tickets online via the official WeChat account of West Bund Museum.

Discount Policy

Students with valid ID can purchase regular and special exhibitions at 50% off.

Special Groups

Seniors aged 70 and above (inclusive), people with disabilities, and military personnel (with valid identification) can obtain free tickets at the front desk.Children under 1.3m in height enjoy free admission, but must be accompanied by an adult (one adult may bring one child under 1.3m free of charge).
